Partner’s Energy and Building Assessment Services:

SBA Energy Loan Program
Partner Energy also specializes in assisting SBA Lender and borrowers with qualifying their buildings for SBA 504 Energy Efficiency Loans.  Partner Energy has lead the way with energy audit tailored to the needs of the SBA Energy Loan Program.

ASHRAE Energy Audits

ASHRAE “Level I–Walk -through Assessment” assesses a building’s energy cost and efficiency by analyzing energy bills and conducting a brief survey of the building.

ASHRAE Level II–Energy Survey and Analysis includes  a more detailed building survey and energy analysis.  All energy uses within the building are segregated and analyzed individually.  A Level II energy audit analyzes costs of energy and identifies all economically viable opportunities to reduce energy consumption.  Energy saving capital investment opportunities are ranked by their payback periods so that building owners can easily identify their best opportunities to save money.

Property Condition Reports
Property Condition Reports provide our clients with an understanding of the condition of the building being assessed.  The Property Condition Report evaluates the following:  HVAC, utilities, roof, structure, foundation, pavement systems, building envelope, and energy use.

Probable Maximum Loss Reports
PML Reports model how buildings will perform in an earthquake and predict how much damage will occur after the 475-year event.  The PML helps lenders and investor understand their seismic risk.

Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments
Partner’s Phase 1 ESAs identify recognized environmental conditions associated with a real estate asset.  The Phase 1 ESA is a standard due diligence report for most commercial transactions.
